Peter Hamilton has been part of our coaching staff since January 2019 and what he has brought to the team has been invaluable. He has offered and delivered personal development plans for individual players who have sought his advice. The practices and set pieces that have been tirelessly worked on in training have come into fruition on match day, showing the direct impact his experience within the game has given the players. He has a cool, calm approach that works well with the different personalities in the team but equally, when needed he is not afraid to tell us when we are not performing. This had been something that was lacking in previous seasons but his influence can only bode well for the remaining games and the new season to come. I for one, am excited to see where the team can go under his management and tutelage. His presence has not only helped improve performances, but overall team ethos as well through his enthusiasm and encouragement.

I've been playing football for 19 years and during that time been coached by many different people. In the few months that Pete has been working with us I can honestly say that he is one of the best coaches I have ever worked with.
The quality of training at our club has improved dramatically. Pete has brought a new tactical aspect to our game and worked with individual players to get the best out of them. Something which I feel had been lacking in previous years.

Something that makes Pete stand out from other coaches I have worked with, is his commitment and the effort he puts in to each player. He treats everyone as individuals and works with each of us to improve the aspects of our game that we ourselves would like to improve on, as well as those that he feels we need to improve on.
He has developed individual development plans with each of us, targeting aspects of our game that need to be focused on. Being asked what I would like to improve on is not something I've experienced before and I think shows that Pete not only wants to win games, but wants each player to reach their full potential and enjoy playing.
